Omega-3s can improve brain health by helping build cell membranes in the brain and have anti-inflammatory effects that protect brain cells, and they can improve heart health by lowering blood pressure. Like other medical research, studies on omega-3 fatty acids continue to uncover new insights, meaning there is always new research coming out on them!
