In honor of Mental Health Month, I am hosting a Health Is Wealth Hike, this Saturday. Starting at 8 a.m. The reason for the early start is to beat the heat. Please see the events tab and join me.

At this time, the plan is still to move forward with the hike this Saturday morning. Due to recent rain, portions of the trail may be muddy, so please come prepared with appropriate footwear and clothing for outdoor conditions.

Unless significant rainfall occurs between now and Saturday morning, the hike will continue as planned. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather or trail safety concerns, an update will be posted no later than 6:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Please check back for updates before heading out.

Helpful reminders for the trail:
• Wear good hiking or walking shoes
• Dress in comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather
• Bring a water bottle
• Bring a backpack if you plan to carry personal items
• This trail is not recommended for pets or strollers
