💕Beginning with a simple ritual of writing down our burdens, beliefs, worries, and stories that no longer serve us, and safely burning them as an act of release.

💕Then, settle into deep rest through a guided yoga nidrā allowing the body, mind, and nervous system to soften and settle.

💕You do not need to carry everything forever. Come as you are. 💕

🌳Come celebrate our newest Yoga Home mentees as they offer their classes to show off what they’ve learned! These FREE classes are not to be missed!

🌳Join us for our next 265hr. Contemplative Yoga Teacher Training info session and learn more about our program, our teachers, and all the ways this program is life changing!

🌳Yoga in the Park woot woot! We start our summer park offerings Sunday June 7th at Metcalfe Park!

🌳Our favorite monthly class is happening on the 14th! Join us for some good, deep soul rest on June 14th! Register like any normal class!

When teacher training ends, it’s magical ✨, surreal 🌀, and definitely emotional. 🥹

I’m so unbelievably honored to have shared the past ten months with these magnificent souls! To have watched their understanding of yoga deepen, their teachings to blossom, and the humanity be ignited is a gift beyond measure.
