Here's the Yoga Manitou Collective June schedule. I teach every other Monday at 5:30p at the St. Andrews Community Center, Tuesdays at 6pm at Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort, & Saturdays at 8:30am at Garden Of The Gods. Hope to see you this summer at a Yoga class!

I'll be sharing info and tips at 3pm on how to rewire your brain and change go-to patterns. At 2pm I'll be with the Yoga Manitou teacher collective, offering a free sample class and opportunity to meet the group!
