Whether you’re a fitness buff or a true first-timer, our classes give you the choice and flexibility to try out new things and find the kind of routine that works for you. Membership includes access to circuit strength and cardio equipment, free weights, lap pool, dry sauna, walking/running track, and a variety of group exercise classes such as cycling, BodyPump, TRX, Zumba and much more. Break a

"When I first retired 10 years ago, I knew I wanted to find a fitness program that I actually enjoyed going to. The Wellness Center fit the bill perfectly. I started walking, riding the stationary bike and swimming laps. I quickly joined the classes for variety and to meet new people. I take cardio and strength training in the studio and water classes for low impact and joint stress.

The staff is excellent in explaining how to work out properly and they give options for all participants. I have made many friends, and I can’t imagine starting my day without a trip to the Wellness Center!"
