Hi, I’m Samantha. And I get asked a lot, “Why do you do what you do?”

The short answer? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Because I don’t want other people to suffer the way I did.

For years, I lived in survival mode: stuffing emotions like a Thanksgiving turkey, people-pleasing, putting everyone else first, struggling with food, sugar, trauma, and a body that just wasn’t functioning like it used it should.

And like so many people, I was told, “You’re fine. There’s nothing wrong with you.”

Maybe you’ve been dismissed.
Maybe you’ve been fat-shamed.
Maybe you’ve never been truly heard.

Maybe you’re carrying food stories that started generations ago: clean your plate, sugar is your best friend, don’t waste food.

And now you’re noticing those same patterns in yourself…or even passing them to your children.

What if you’re the one who gets to break the cycle?

That’s why I do what I do.

I see you. I hear you. And sometimes, yes, I feel you, too.

Becoming a Certified Master Herbalist 🌿 taught me how to understand and work with what God created for us.

Becoming a Certified Facial Analysis Master opened another door, learning to look at the body differently and uncover clues without being invasive.

This isn’t just wellness to me.

It’s restoration. It’s education. It’s breaking patterns and learning to listen to your body again.

And this is why I opened Empowered by Nature Wellness Center.

I’m currently booking virtual appointments and I’m also open to networking and connecting with aligned people and organizations.

Kingdom Affirmation Series #001

I am strengthened by God's unfailing support.

I do not stand in my own strength. Every step I take is upheld by the hand of God. When I feel weak, He is my strength. When I am weary, He renews me. When I am uncertain, He steadies my path.

I will not fear what comes against me because the One who holds me never fails. I am supported, sustained, and strengthened by His unfailing love, unwavering faithfulness, and mighty power.
