⚠️ Phone/AI System Update

We’re aware that some customers have had difficulty reaching Manning Pharmacy by phone recently, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The issue is related to recent network security enhancements we implemented to further protect our patients’ information. Those changes have temporarily affected our Synerio AI phone assistant and, in some cases, the ability for calls to reach our team as expected.

We recognize how important it is to be able to reach your pharmacy when you need us, and we are actively working to get everything functioning normally again as quickly as possible.
