💜 Walking Together to End Alzheimer’s 💜

This past weekend, our Cornerstone office had the honor of coming together to participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. It was such a meaningful day filled with hope, remembrance, love, and community. 💜

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who joined us, supported us, donated, encouraged us, and helped make this event so special. Every step we took was in honor of those living with Alzheimer’s, in memory of those we have lost, and in support of the families and caregivers who walk this journey every day.

As a team, we are so proud to stand alongside our community and support such an important cause. Alzheimer’s touches so many lives, and events like this remind us of the strength that comes from coming together.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who walked with us and helped make a difference. Your kindness, support, and compassion mean more than we can say. 💜

Busy busy beginning of the month for our recruiter Brooklyn Mayes!! She got to go out to Pioneer Career & Technology on Friday for their job fair. Getting to talk and interact with their senior students is very beneficial and rewarding for both parties. Making so many connections and having a great time while doing so. Then today she got to go out to Madison Adult Career Center to speak to their evening CNA and medical assistant class. Feeding them with knowledge on cornerstone and the medical field itself. We are so grateful to have these times and be able to speak with everyone on the importance of them♥️ reach out to Brooklyn at (567) 345-6527 if you are seeking employment and set something up or even if you just have questions!!!🥳

We want to recognize our Quality Manager Natalie!! She put together a donuts with Veterans breakfast with our friends at Wedgewood Estates!! They got to catch up and eat a yummy breakfast, listen to Natalie’s record player and tell her all about their war stories and where they had served. We love being able to serve and enjoy our veterans as much as we can! We can’t wait for our next donuts with Veterans Day with Wedgwood♥️

🍞🍇🍒🍗🌮FOOD DRIVE!! We are doing another food drive. It runs June 22nd till September 22nd, you can drop off any donations here at our Cornerstone Office in Mansfield at 1221 S Trimble Rd Unit C3, Mansfield Oh 44907. Drop off times are 8-5p Monday through Friday but if you need to make a late donation we will have a donation tub outside our door🥰 This goes towards all our clients who are in need of some extra help or back on their feet. Also to anyone we come in paths of that need help! Community is key🥰 If you are able to donate we are accepting any kind of dry foods such as noodles, canned goods, peanut butter, crackers, stove top dressing, mac n cheese, ramen, ect. Also any kind of healthy snacks or quick on the go type snacks. We are also looking for jugs of water and booste shakes, and electrolyte drinks or cases of water. Some clients do have animals so any cat or dog donations are helpful as well🐱🐶 Anything helps and anything donated towards this food drive is greatly appreciated!! We also have partnered with James L. Saltzgiver, Jr., DDS office there on Cline Ave and you can drop donations off there as well!! We want to thank them for always helping us and their continued dontations to us and our clients. Thank you so much for your continued support🥰

With growth comes more responsibility💪 We got to add another team member to Cornerstone!! Please help us welcome Michael to our Mansfield team🥰 He is another one of our scheduling managers and has been with us now 2 weeks and is thriving already in his new position here with us!! 🎉 Exciting Milestone Achieved! 🎉

I'm thrilled to share that our office has finally reached a significant milestone that we've been striving for – we have come so close to providing 2,500 hours of care many times in recent months. This past week we blew right past that goal and reached 2,650 hours of care to seniors and veterans in our community! This accomplishment means so much to us, especially after coming so close, soooo many times.

Every hour of care represents our commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. It’s not just about the numbers; it’s about the meaningful connections we’ve built and the positive impact we’ve made in the lives of our seniors and veterans.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated team for their hard work and passion, as well as to the families and individuals who trust us with their care. Together, we’re making a difference, and I can’t wait to see where we go from here!

Stop in and speak with Brooklyn about a caregiver position with us!! She will have applications here for you to fill out, just come ready for an interview!!
