📢 NEW PATIENT FINANCIAL POLICY | Timeless Health & Wellness

As a small, locally owned practice, we are incredibly grateful for the trust our community places in Timeless Health & Wellness. We truly value each and every patient who walks through our doors. 🤍

As our practice continues to grow, we are implementing a clearer financial policy to help us continue providing the quality, personalized healthcare our patients deserve.

Effective immediately:

• Patient deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and other patient-responsibility amounts are due according to the terms of your insurance plan on the date of service.

• Outstanding balances must be addressed and kept current. Unpaid balances may result in future appointments or routine prescription refill requests being placed on hold until payment or an appropriate payment arrangement has been made, when permitted by law and appropriate for the patient’s medical needs.

• Having insurance does not eliminate patient responsibility for deductibles, coinsurance, copays, or other amounts assigned by your insurance company.

• If you are experiencing financial hardship, please communicate with us. We would much rather work with you to establish a reasonable payment arrangement than allow a balance to continue accumulating.

📞 Please remember: Personal phone calls and text messages should no longer be used for routine office business, including billing questions, prescription requests, appointments, or clinical concerns. Please contact the office directly at 318-301-6627 so we can properly document and address your needs.

We also want to respectfully clarify that being a friend, family member, neighbor, or acquaintance does not change our practice’s financial policies. We care deeply about our patients and our community, but consistent policies are necessary for a small medical practice to remain sustainable.

To the many patients who consistently pay their balances, communicate with us when they need assistance, and respect our office policies—thank you. Your support of our small business means more than you know. 🤍

🇺🇸 Holiday Office Closure Announcement 🇺🇸

In celebration of Independence Day, our team at Timeless Health & Wellness will be closed Friday, July 3rd so our staff can enjoy time with family and celebrate the holiday weekend. ❤️🤍💙

We will reopen and return to normal business hours on Monday, July 6th.

As you celebrate this weekend, please remember a few important safety tips:
