My macro friendly version of Korean Beef - so freaking 🤤

1lb 93/7 ground beef
1/3 cup coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1-2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp garlic power
Red pepper flakes
Sesame seeds and green onion for garnish

1. Sauté ground beef in sesame oil
2. When you’ve broken up the meat with your spatula, add all the seasonings including coconut aminos until meat is cooked through
3. Add sesame seeds and green onion for garnish (because it makes your food pretty and tastes good 😜)

Have this with cauliflower rice, jasmine rice or even by itself it’s so delicious and easy!

My macro friendly breakfast tacos! I love replacing cheese with plain fat free greek yogurt - adds a little extra protein with great flavor!

I made these eggs with diced jalepeno and onion. Add your favorite salsa or pico!
