Happy Easter to my patients and friends. In Polish tradition, on Easter Saturday we prepare baskets of food and take them to church for a blessing. This food is incorporated into our Sunday meal.
In the spirit of this tradition, I wish you that that the food you eat keeps you happy and healthy.

I hope you all had a wonderful, peaceful Christmas. I would like to wish you lots of healthy, happiness and many blessings in the New Year.

We are still in our Regency Parkway location, but construction of our new office is almost completed. We are expecting to move in the next few weeks... I will keep you posted.

This is very worrisome. Some supplements are not safe or healthy. We just do not know what is really in them.

Some of the contaminants have been withdrawn from the market for safety reasons
