Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our first Provider-led Education Pathways to Well-being (P.E.P.) event!

Community members enjoyed an interactive evening focused on practical ways to support long-term health through the Thrive5, including gentle movement, simple nutrition tips, a live cooking demo with samples and education from Kelsey Booth, DNP, FNP-C of Outer Banks Health Family Medicine - Kitty Hawk.
