I’ve been there, done that, and helped many others do the same. This is your place to ask about the daily struggles, get expert guidance from certified coaches, and find the sustainable energy you’ve been looking for.

A little Saturday reflection from my 5-mile walk... ☀️

I recently had my physical. Everything looks great, but it reminded me that I can’t sit down on the habits that got me here.

Post-menopause, our bodies are different. Cortisol (our stress hormone) is a major player. If we don’t manage it, it manages us.

That’s why I’m prioritizing Movement, hydration & Nutrition. It’s not about restriction; it’s about fueling for longevity with high protein and the secret weapon—fiber.
