The Dos + Dont’s of getting back into a fitness routine ☝🏼

1. Focus on creating a rhythm that works in your schedule + build

2. Start small with time, reps, sp*ed (tracking where you’re at) then build from there

3. Dynamic stretching > static stretching before movement you aren’t used to

4. You can crush big goals… but not if you’re injured 😉 so progressively add to your routine for long-term success
