A peek into our planting process. 80 trays cleaned and ready to go. Next we fill each with 3 quarts of organic soil, then tamp down to make it even. Today we planted broccoli, kale, salad mix, spicy mix, and wheatgrass. Tomorrow is pea, sunflower and radish. 🌻
