For those that many not know the history of the Fireside Maple at our Lakeside' program's yard, we planted it on Memorial Day May 26, 2008 in memory of one of our little fighters who passed earlier that Spring. He was one of the first little kiddos that we cared for. The Maple started out as a little 2" tree. Every year it's amazing how big and beautiful it continues to be.
