You want to try tallow. You just don't want to smell like a pot roast. Those aren't contradictory desires, and you shouldn't have to pick.
Here's the thing nobody in the ancestral skincare corner of the internet will tell you: the beef smell isn't tallow. It's bad rendering.
Rendered fast and hot — which is cheaper, and what most small-batch sellers do — and the impurities that carry that odor stay in the fat. No amount of essential oil covers it. You've maybe already learned this the expensive way.
Ours is grass-fed suet, gently wet-rendered, which is slower and leaves the fat close to odorless. Which means the scent you choose is actually the scent you get.
Five of them:
🤍 Unscented
🌹 The Original — rose, sandalwood, frankincense
🌙 Beneath The Vanilla Moon
🌸 Through The Petals — bergamot, chamomile, geranium
🌲 Amongst The Pines — black spruce, lemon
All scented with USDA organic essential oils. Never synthetic fragrance.
Two weeks from now you'll be reaching for this before bed the way you used to reach for five separate products, and your skin will have stopped doing that tight, angry thing it does at 4pm.
