The oversized hoodie isn't JUST cozy... It's how I would hide

I'd wear it so nobody would be able to tell. So I didn't have to explain. Or maybe just hide long enough to figure out what the heck was wrong with me...

Because I was TRYING. I wasn't lazy or making excuses. I was paying attention to my food, moving my body, doing the things… BUT nothing is moving.

I almost convinced myself this was just who I was now.

But I hadn't done one thing: I hadn't looked deeper.

Turns out "normal" labs and optimal labs are two very different things. And the gap between them was the reason my metabolism felt broken, my energy was gone, and I couldn't lose a pound no matter what I did.

My hormones + gut health were running the show..... and nobody had ever told me to look there.

If your doctor has said "everything looks fine" but your body is saying something completely different… you're not crazy. You just haven't gotten the full picture yet.

DM me "RESTORE" and I'll send you the free guide that helps you start figuring out what's actually going on.

Your cortisol is supposed to peak in the morning and slowly drop throughout the day.

When it's dysregulated (which happens with chronic stress, poor sleep, and under-eatingz) it flips.

Low in the morning. Spiking at night.

That's why you drag yourself out of bed and feel wired right before you're supposed to sleep.

Heres the thing, when your blood sugar crashes, your cortisol spikes to compensate.

That spike stores fat around your waist and drains your energy fast.

Most women are stuck in this cycle every single day without knowing it.

Dm me "RESTORE" and ill send you the EXACT strategy we use with our clients to break this cycle and get your afternoons back

Who is doing all the right things and still not seeing results?

Dm me the word "LABS" let me help ya out

05/29/2026

Normal does not mean optimal.

Your doctor looked at your labs and said everything looks fine. But you are exhausted. Your clothes don't fit right. Your hair is thinning. You feel puffy no matter what you eat. You can't sleep. You have zero drive.
That is not fine.

The truth is most doctors only run a basic panel. They check if you are alive. They are not checking if you are thriving. And even when something does show up, the answer is almost always a prescription. Not a reason. Not a real fix.

Functional labs tell a completely different story. They show what is actually happening with your hormones, your gut, your metabolism, and your thyroid. The full picture. Not just the cliff notes.

The problem is most people have never had them run. And even fewer know how to read them or what to do next.

That is exactly what I do.

If you are done being told you are fine when you know something is off, DM me the word LABS.

I will tell you exactly which labs to order so we can see what is really going on and actually do something about it.

You deserve to feel good in your body again. Not just "not sick."

For the longest time I told myself I just couldn't get 10,000 steps in.

I sat at a desk all day. I had a busy schedule. I was tired. The excuses were endless.

And then I realized something that kind of embarrassed me.

I wasn't getting my steps in because I wasn't TRYING to get my steps in. That's it. That's the whole story.

I wasn't going out of my way. I wasn't being intentional about it.

I was just hoping they would happen on their own and then acting shocked when my phone showed 2,000 steps at the end of the day.

the second i became intentional with it and stopped waiting for the perfect window i started stacking steps into the time I already had.

Walk during your lunch break.

Get up every hour and take one lap around the office.

Walk while you answer emails or reply to texts.

Wake up 15 minutes earlier and get outside before the day starts.

Drop your kid off at practice and walk the whole time they're there instead of sitting in your car scrolling.

And the biggest one for me: do not sit down when you get home until you've hit your steps. Because the second you sit down it is over. You are not getting back up.

If you can get outside and get some sun while you do it, even better.

But if it's a treadmill desk or a lap around your building, that counts too.

You don't need a different life or a different job to get your steps in.

You just need to stop waiting for it to happen and start making it happen on purpose.

If this is you, save this and pick one of these to try tomorrow. Promise it makes a huge difference

She came in bloated every day, running on 6 hours of sleep, and beating herself up for every food choice.

She did not come in asking about hormones or gut health. She just knew something was off and she was tired of guessing.

A year later she got on a check in call and said this without being asked:
"I don't feel horrible after meals anymore. I almost do it naturally now. It sounds dramatic but it's been life changing."

That is the whole goal.

Not a meal plan you follow for 8 weeks. Not a program you white knuckle through. A shift in how you understand your own body so you stop needing someone to tell you what to do every day.

She figured out which foods were wrecking her gut. Her sleep got better. Her energy came back. She got strong. Really strong. And the habits stopped feeling like habits. They just became her life.

That is what it looks like when you actually fix what is going on underneath.
If you are bloated, exhausted, and tired of starting over, this is what is possible for you too.

Comment "RESTORE" or send me a DM and we can talk about what that looks like for you.
