The oversized hoodie isn't JUST cozy... It's how I would hide
I'd wear it so nobody would be able to tell. So I didn't have to explain. Or maybe just hide long enough to figure out what the heck was wrong with me...
Because I was TRYING. I wasn't lazy or making excuses. I was paying attention to my food, moving my body, doing the things… BUT nothing is moving.
I almost convinced myself this was just who I was now.
But I hadn't done one thing: I hadn't looked deeper.
Turns out "normal" labs and optimal labs are two very different things. And the gap between them was the reason my metabolism felt broken, my energy was gone, and I couldn't lose a pound no matter what I did.
My hormones + gut health were running the show..... and nobody had ever told me to look there.
