Soul Play, a transformational theatre project, IS BACK! We’e been in rehearsal for over 8 weeks 🤩 and our first SOLD OUT performance is tomorrow!

The journey has been super creative, heart opening, and fun! I’ve had the honor and pleasure of guiding these 6 incredible people through the process of adapting their personal stories into theatre performance. 🎭

The collaboration has been magical and the shared laughter and tears medicinal ❤️ For those who were able to snag their seats, THANK YOU! We’ll see you tomorrow and Friday!

I remember this morning…summers ago…that grass, the sun, the calm, and relaxation. Full body ❤️

This is the state of being I prioritize these days after a busy winter and early spring. My body is once again craving a release and DEEP relaxation. ☮️

My ❤️ is full from last night’s ART & ORACLE event. We had a full house of 9 creative souls who came together for community, connection, art making, and oracle card readings!

Smiles were shared, tears were shed, and hearts were open! ❤️
