Join Adrienne O’Keefe and me for a heartfelt evening of mediumship, where we’ll gather in a sacred, supportive space and open to connection at the Soul level.

For those who are desiring a connection to something greater than the self right now, dear one, I invite you to join me this Sunday at my church, the Swampscott Church of Spiritualism, as I serve for our weekly gathering with Spirit, as speaker and Medium. My church is a vibrant and welcoming community! 🪽

It’s a deep honor, as a Spiritualist Minister, to connect with Spirit and serve as a channel for the wisdom, messages and guidance that Spirit wishes to share.

Join me Sunday, May 31st at 10.30am EST at the Swampscott Church of Spiritualism, 59 Burrill Street, Swampscott, MA.

One thing that I love about our service is the accessibility, if you can not make it in person, you can join via Zoom and still receive the benefit of coming together as a collective in community and receive the benefit of the wisdom and messages that are shared.

My dear ones, Shakti is alive, Shakti is the dynamic force of creation, She is the various forms of what we know and experience as The Goddess, She is on the rise.. Can you feel the energetic shift?

It’s palpable, it’s a lived experience and I can see the thread of awakenings within my clients, students - and friends.

There is no more denying her power; the dynamic force of creation is asserting herself in our world.

You cannot deny her rage- one that is sacred and true; a rage which arises from compassion and the innate desire for justice.

I can feel it in my physical body, the energy of aliveness expressing through movement and sensation, through emotion, a spilling over, a crying out, and through expression, through the vehicle of the throat chakra in the way that Spirit is expressing through me and my energetic being.

I want to invite you to express the energy of Shakti, of The Goddess, in a grounded and authentic way, and to do so in community this Saturday as we come together to embody the strength and wisdom of Durga.

As someone devoted to guiding others through sacred practice, I’ve curated a series of Goddess workshops to support you in not simply learning about, but feeling and embodying the wisdom of powerful deities.

Through my lived experiences, I offer grounded, intentional practices to help you move through whatever you may be facing or experiencing in your life, with strength, clarity, and inner trust.

The great Warrior Mother Goddess Durga reminds us that sacred anger can become clarity.

That protection can come through devotion.

That strength does not mean hardening your heart. It means standing rooted in your truth with compassion and courage.

On May 30, we gather in community to embody the energy of the Warrior Goddess through movement, breath, invocation, meditation, and deep remembrance. This is a space to move what’s been stuck, reconnect to your inner power, and channel what you are feeling into grounded action and embodied strength.

It’s incredible when you begin to understand life in its fullest capacity… when you start to feel, not just think, that in our essence we are vibrational frequency, energy.

That nothing is truly separate and nothing is ever really lost.

When someone you love leaves this earthly plane, their Spirit does not disappear, rather their infinite presence shifts, the love and energy of their Soul remains.

As a certified medium, I’ve had the honor of witnessing this again and again.

Your loved ones in Spirit want you to continue living and breathing into your life.

Experience JOY in this physical world for them. Have courage to do whatever is being called within your soul.

And at the same time, I want to acknowledge something honestly.

Being human in this spiritual experience can feel heavy.

It can feel overwhelming to hold both the depth of grief and the vastness of what we are beginning to understand about life, energy, and connection.

You begin to see life differently, feel it more deeply, and add an awareness to the expansiveness of this experience in its entirety.

It’s beautiful to witness the power of women gathering together in circle, in ceremony and spiritual practice.

The healing breakthroughs through the powerful modalities of ceremony, elemental embodied movement, Breathwork and Trance Healing were incredible.

I’m seeing more and more people, especially women exploring healing not on a whim, but as a great need. There is an urgency for the energies of our collective energy field to be recalibrated and the frequency of balance to be manifested and felt. The Goddess is here, Shakti is palpable, righting what needs to be righted. Jai Maa.
