Divine Equines, LLC Soul care connection and spiritual reflection with horses in nature for adult trauma survivors

Our horse-centered, trauma-informed soul care helps reset the nervous system and heal the brain by exploring contemplative, experiential and somatic practices. Feeling safe and connected to a 1,000 # horse requires self-awareness and inner stillness that is grounded in the present moment instead of living in the past where the trauma occurred or fearful of the future. Building a soul-to-soul relationship with a horse invokes spiritual and emotional insights that help survivors feel more awake and alive and connected to their True Nature of Love and their Spiritual Source of Peace and Power. In addition to private and group trauma-informed programming Divine Equines also offers workshops, retreats and a monthly meditation and prayer circle to the public. A new one-on-one virtual Tele-Horse program was created in 2020 in response to Covid 19.

I am blessed to have relationships with 2 and 4 leggeds at Taco Bella Farm, so I had to giggle when I came upon this cheeky chap and his gal pal mutually grooming in the barn aisle today.

Then on the way home I encountered a soul friend at Kroger who really needed a listening heart and hug.

Life is filled with opportunities to come alongside others and change the internal and external atmosphere in a body and soul, even if just for a moment.

Pretty smart for a little pony.

There's more than one way to get your needs met.

Gotta be really clear about boundaries and space- hers and the big horse- moment to moment.

There's definitely trust in the relationship, too.

And it could change in the blink of an eye, and her nervous system knows that but isn't being reactive. Just quietly aware.

I love seeing the world through their eyes.
