So much sad news has got me a little stuck today. 😣

Then …my 90-year-old mother sent me this while I was lying in bed at 61, trying to find the motivation to get my butt up and go to hot yoga. 😅

I mean… what more motivation do I need?

This woman hikes, fasts once a week, watches what she eats, stays on top of her doctor visits—and still manifests the energy, stamina and discipline to keep herself healthy and thriving andkeeps all her marbles firmly in place while she’s at it. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

And don’t let that beautiful smile fool you—she is a straight-up social media gangster when it comes to social justice and the causes she cares about! At 90, she is still learning, speaking up, calling things out and refusing to sit quietly when something isn’t right.

Strong in her body, sharp in her mind and fierce in her convictions. And clearly, it took her 90 years to look THIS GOOD! 🔥
