Hydration is more than "drink eight glasses"

We talk about drinking more water. We rarely talk about *what* we're drinking or how much we actually need.

𝘚𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥, 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥, 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭, and 𝘩𝘺𝘥𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘯-𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘩 water aren't all the same — but it doesn't have to be complicated.
