There are some things I simply won’t do because it would compromise the quality of your care and that’s an absolute no for me.

I’m not here to rush you in, adjust you, and send you on your way. I’m here to listen, think critically, and make sure your care makes sense for you. I encourage you to ask questions and be involved in your care. There’s no such thing as a stupid question around here! I want you to understand what’s happening so that you can take an active role in your health. And yes, that means sometimes you’re leaving with homework because my job doesn’t end when you get off the table. I want you to leave with a better understanding of your body & tools you can use beyond my office.

This moment means more than words can hold.
The long nights, the sacrifices, the tears, none of it was in vain. Becoming the first Doctor of Chiropractic in my family is a blessing I do not take lightly.

What makes this milestone even more special is that my journey all began at Lotus of Life Chiropractic & Wellness Center. I started as a front desk support and chiropractic assistant, grew through my time as an intern, and now I return as a doctor.
Full circle in the most meaningful way. ✨
