This moment means more than words can hold.
The long nights, the sacrifices, the tears, none of it was in vain. Becoming the first Doctor of Chiropractic in my family is a blessing I do not take lightly.

What makes this milestone even more special is that my journey all began at Lotus of Life Chiropractic & Wellness Center. I started as a front desk support and chiropractic assistant, grew through my time as an intern, and now I return as a doctor.
Full circle in the most meaningful way. ✨

I am deeply honored to share that I have been selected as the 2025 recipient of the ChiroCongress Legacy of Leadership Scholarship, to be awarded at the Chiro Congress Convention in Boston, Massachusetts!

Receiving perfect scores from every board member is both humbling and affirming. This scholarship, named in memory of Dr. Christopher Anderson, recognizes chiropractic students who embody leadership, service, and a commitment to advancing the profession which are values that Dr. Anderson lived by throughout his life.
I am profoundly grateful for this recognition and for everyone who has guided, encouraged, and believed in me along the way. I look forward to representing Life University and continuing to serve with purpose, integrity, and love for this profession.

Just kicked off my PEAK preceptorship and exhilarating doesn’t even begin to cover it! Feeling beyond grateful for the opportunity to serve the Decatur community it is truly an honor. This is only the beginning, and I can’t wait to keep growing, learning, and giving back. 🫶🏽

It’s so surreal! 🥹
After all the long nights, early mornings, and everything in between, I’ve officially completed 12th quarter.
Saying goodbye to the Life U clinic is harder than I imagined. It wasn’t just a place I trained, it was where I learned to truly show up for people. To the patients who let me be a part of their healing, you were my start and your trust meant everything. You taught me that care is more than technique. It is also presence, patience, and heart. To my professors/mentors/clinic doctors, thank you for seeing something in me before I saw it in myself. Your words and wisdom will echo long after this journey ends.
And to my beautiful cohort, the ones who stood beside me through every high and low, I’ll miss our shared chaos more than I can say! Now we each head into PEAK, taking separate paths for these final six months, but our stories remain deeply intertwined. This chapter is closing with a full heart and misty eyes not because it’s over, but because it mattered so much. See you at the finish line… in caps, gowns, and bright eyes. 🥹🫶🏽🥳

Back in the Life U outpatient clinic —12th quarter and almost at the finish line! I’ve had the privilege of serving my community as a chiropractic intern, delivering adjustments and walking alongside my patients on their health journeys. Over the past 8 months, I have helped several of my patients take steps toward better health, and it’s been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. I am proud of how far I’ve come and deeply grateful for the trust they have placed in me to care for them. Watching them reach their health goals & thrive is the most rewarding part. Here’s to finishing strong and continuing to serve with purpose! 💪🏽✨
