People say processed food is cheaper. Please.

It’s not cheaper.
You just pay for it later.

You pay with symptoms.
You pay with inflammation.
You pay with fatigue, headaches, bloating, joint pain.
You pay with chronic illness.
You pay with stubborn hormone issues.
You pay with the quality of your life.
You pay with years off your lifespan.

The price tag at the grocery store is not the real cost.
The real cost shows up in your body, over time.

Processed food is cheap because it is empty.
Empty of minerals.
Empty of enzymes.
Empty of life.
So your body becomes empty too.

And when your body becomes empty, it starts sending signals.
Signals we call symptoms.
Signals we call disease.
Signals we ignore until they cannot be ignored.

Healthy food feels “expensive” only because you compare it to something that has no long term cost built into it.

But the truth is simple.
You either pay for real food now, or you pay for sickness later.

Your body will always collect what it is owed.

Choose the option that pays you back instead of the one that steals from your future.
