Some stories deserve to be shared, and Kathy Wisneski’s is one of them! 🧡
This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re shining the spotlight on one of our incredible OTF East Cobb members, Kathy, who reminds us that strength isn’t just about what we lift, how fast we run, or how many splat points we earn. It’s about the courage to keep showing up. 💗
Diagnosed in 2017 after a routine mammogram revealed a tiny spot she couldn’t even feel, Kathy’s journey is a powerful reminder of the importance of early detection.
Through treatment, recovery, and beyond, movement became more than exercise. It became healing, confidence, community, and a reminder of just how strong she truly is.
And her advice? 🫶
✨ Find your community.
✨ Set small goals.
✨ Keep moving forward.
✨ Take it ONE DAY AT A TIME.
Her message to every woman: GET CHECKED! 🎀
Kathy, thank you for sharing your journey, inspiring our community, and reminding us WHY we move. We’re so grateful you’re part of our East Cobb family! 🧡
💗 Today we move for the fighters, the survivors, the ones we’ve lost, and the strength we find in each other.
