What if you asked for a sign today and then actually watched for it?

During the hardest season of my healing, I did exactly that. And the Spirit showed up every time. A feather on the ground, under a chair, inside the hospital waiting room. The numbers in the clock or at the checkout, a song playing twice. A stranger saying exactly what I needed to hear and so many more.

The signs were never loud. They were gentle. Easy to miss if I wasn’t paying attention but I was looking for them to be easy to spot. One sign meant yes, another meant no.

Healing taught me that we are never doing this alone. We just have to be willing to look. 🪶

I’ll be honest. My healing journey humbled me.

I thought I knew what the body needed. I’m a chiropractor. I study this stuff. But when I was navigating my own health crisis, I discovered a whole layer I had been missing: the emotional layer.

The Body Code showed me that trapped emotions can block healing just as much as a bad diet or a misaligned spine. When I started addressing BOTH, everything shifted.

Smells so good in my kitchen. Did you know not all grain is bad. It’s going back to the foundations of how to properly prepare our grain. Fast grain vs slow grain. It makes all the difference in digestibility and nourishment vs gut issues, sensitivities and depletion of nutrients.

Excited about my lavender, arugula, and garlic haul from the garden today. Put some lavender throughout the house to support a calming environment and excited to ferment my garlic once it’s dried. Arugula salad with homemade broccoli sprouts coming for lunch and a cup of lavender tea tonight before bed 😁🙌🌼. Enjoying the fruits of my labors.
