When I was a child my father would make me look at myself in the mirror when I was upset/crying/angry as a way to shame these emotions and make it seem like those feelings made me ugly.

That memory resurfaced a few years ago and I realized how impactful that was from the viewpoint of trauma and enlightenment.

I’m no longer concerned with how I am perceived.
Most of the perceptions out there are formed within the confines of societal bs, expectations, trauma, ‘norms’ and misogyny. Fu€k that. 🙂‍↔️

The messages I’m here to share either resonant or not.
Pretty simple really.

Gaia leads by example when it comes to violence, releasing and clearing out the rubbish when necessary. We are her in biological human form. 🙇🏻‍♀️ 🌋🌀🌪️🌊⚡️⛈️💨🔥

I have been misunderstood my entire life. I remember now that is a gift. It means that I’m doing things in a way that disrupt the status quo and shifts paradigms.
