If you’re a Yin Water 💧 soul, taking breaks from sitting for long words is essential for your vibrational and physical health. Mentally. Overall energy. When you feel the need to reach out one snack after another, put everything in front of you down and take a walk outside or do a few stretches. Five minutes can do wonders.

For a Yin Water soul emptying out matters more than taking in. When you’ve taken too much in, including mental outputs or generating work, it’s not about eating more but moving more frequently and respect your nature to be available for what’s outside of you in spurts. Find the sweet spot for how long you can go before 🫥 taking care of your energy. Disappear for a bit when you need to.

There are days and nights we heal and there are times we produce, create and work with something new. When something old needs tending or clearing out input requires more of us than output and grace can be the best medicine between our needs to heal and produce. Along with good night’s rest, nutritious meal and company that’s good for the heart. 🤍

last 100 hrs of rotations are done. even though my focus was internal medicine, sleep disorders and postpartum care what I saw in post stroke recovery, orthopedic, oncology and Tui Na were invaluable.

body is back in LA and waiting for little pieces of me to get back from Taiwan, the amazing hearts minds and hands I met, Mazu and the Old Man of the Moon’s inexplicable magic and blessings and just beyond grateful for everyone and every part of this path.

The faster we live the more inflamed we can become. Inflammation from too much and too fast that feels and moves like fire that can’t be seen with physical sight 🧊 and demands cooling. The iced drinks can feel so comforting. Even amazing. Slowing heart rate. Reducing appetite, metabolism, circulation and immunity. Momentarily, shutting out an inflamed body and agitated spirit that keep asking for a slower, less over-functioning life can feel like relief. Relief that doesn’t heal.
