🎉2 Years!🎉

Today marks two years that I have been in business. I often have to pinch myself to remind myself that this is real life. When I graduated from nursing school 13 years ago, I would have never imagined that I would be here doing what I am doing. It’s an absolute dream being able to live out what I am passionate about—helping people from a whole-body approach: mind, body, and spirit.

This job has allowed me to be a better mother, a better wife, and an even better nurse. I have been able to come alongside clients to help them with preventative care and education, helping them see their health from a different perspective. I love helping them feel heard and human again, and elevating their health to a place they didn’t realize was possible. This is the most rewarding role I have ever been in as a nurse.

I am so incredibly grateful for my clients who have trusted me with their health, but also with their friendship and stories. My clients have become friends, and some even feel like family. I truly love coming to work every day because of YOU.

Here is to many more years and more friends! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this dream a reality for me.💛

I am SO excited to finally have Functional Medicine available in our community 👏🏼👏🏼
Kelli is going to be an incredible asset to health and wellness in our area.

I would like to officially introduce myself.

My name is Kelli Frederickson. I have lived in the Marinette area my entire life and have worked in healthcare for the last 25 years. Initially as a Registered Nurse beginning in 2001 in Cardiology and Critical Care, then as a Nurse Practitioner starting in 2014 continuing with my passion of taking care of cardiology patients, specifically those with heart failure.

Over time I realized that I generally did not feel well. I was fatigued, overweight, had a hard time thinking, and was on the fast track to heart failure myself. So I made an appointment with a Functional Medicine provider. That decision changed my life. Two years later I am down 100 lbs, I have clear thoughts, and I have energy to get up everyday and workout. Exercise is a huge part of my life now. Healthy eating is second nature. I no longer drink alcohol and limit my sugar intake. This was and is still not easy and is a work in progress. But I believe in my self and am proud of my accomplishments thus far.

I am excited and honored to bring this knowledge and my experience to the community.
