Our very own Crystal….who is here to help coach you along your tailored health journey 🩵

Here’s a little about her and her mission. So excited to have you on our team!

From Crystal:

I grew up active in outdoor play and sports, but a serious back injury in high school nearly ended my athletic career. Burnout also led to a period of deep depression. Over time, God brought me through that painful and low season and opened the door for me to compete in soccer and basketball throughout college, earning All-American honors in both, before playing semi-professional soccer.

I began strength training in college and found that it greatly improved my chronic back pain. Through injuries, setbacks, and successes, I learned how essential intentional movement and nutrition are to overall health and developed a desire to help others
pursue purposeful, healthy lives. My own personal health journey through life and motherhood have brought many challenges and setbacks, surgeries and
uncertainties, but learning how to be patient and kind with my body, how to properly fuel my body and find grace and balance in the ordinary days and special occasions, are lessons I continue to learn and am passionate to share with others.

Now in my mid-forties, I have three children ranging in college, high school, and middle school and 20 years of experience as a health and fitness professional serving clients across many health and fitness levels and life stages. I am passionate about helping others find healing, balance, freedom, and joy in their health journeys.

It is an honor to meet face-to-face with clients and hear about their health
journeys—their highs and lows, successes and setbacks, hopes and fears. During the initial consultation, I gather relevant information, including health history and assessments of nutrition, inflammation, and body composition. Together, we set goals and create a simple, personalized action plan. We look beyond the number on the scale to uncover motivation and emotional triggers, reshape patterns of thinking about self, food, and fitness, and cultivate genuine joy in caring for the body from the inside out.

There is no shame, pressure, or judgment. I meet you where you are
each day, and we work together toward a healthier, more sustainable way of living.

My ideal client is a woman who feels confused, discouraged, or overwhelmed by her health, body image and/or changes, or relationship with food and wants to feel better from the inside out. She may be unsure what, when, or how to eat amid conflicting information, or she may be living with persistent pain and inflammation despite trying different approaches. She may also struggle to balance her own health with family responsibilities, including preparing nutritious meals for a busy
household.

If you’re seeking encouragement, practical guidance, greater balance,
and freedom in your health journey, I’d love to work with you.

I believe lasting health and fitness are not one-size-fits-all; each person’s journey is unique. We are intricately and uniquely created by a loving Creator who fully knows and loves us from the inside out. Meaningful change begins with discovering a deeper purpose for our well-being and finding joy and gratitude in the everyday ways
we move, eat, and live.

When I first met with Joy and LaShonda, I immediately felt welcomed and seen and learned that this is exactly how they desire for every person who steps into the doors at Body Wide Wellness to feel. BWW is genuinely committed to supporting others on their wellness journey and I am grateful for the opportunity to have a designated
space to contribute to its mission and vision and follow my dream of helping others along their health journeys.

Can’t wait to start offering your services Crystal! Your BWW team loves you! 💙

☀️ Summer called… and it left some evidence behind. 😏

Sun spots. Uneven pigment. Texture. Maybe a few things we’d just rather erase altogether.

🔥 LASER SEASON IS KICKING OFF at Body Wide Wellness! 🔥

As the summer sun starts backing off, it’s time to resurface, refresh & correct the damage we collected while living our best lives. And this year, we’ve got a new toy. 😈⚡️

Our Alma Harmony XL Pro gives us some seriously cool options with treatments that can be less invasive with little-to-no downtime, depending on what we’re targeting.

✨ Correct sun damage & unwanted pigment
✨ Improve redness and uneven skin tone
✨ Brighten and refresh tired-looking skin
✨ Stimulate collagen & give the skin a little lift
✨ Smooth texture and signs of aging
✨ Remove unwanted hair
✨ Fade unwanted tattoos
✨ And soooo much more

Basically… if summer left it behind, there’s a good chance we have a laser for it. 😂

And for those ready to go a little deeper? Our CO₂ resurfacing treatments are still here for the heavy hitters. 🔥

So enjoy those last little bits of summer because…

🍂 LASER SEASON IS COMING.
And we are READY. ⚡️😎

📲 Let’s figure out which treatment fits your skin and your goals.

So excited to start offering this treatment. As we get everything set up on our end, appointments will be available soon! Can’t wait to see ya 🩵

Introducing the founder of Sowel, Tiarra! A little bit about her and her mission. We are so excited to have you, T! 🩵⭐️

• cold plunge • sauna • red light
• contrast therapy for your recovery

I’m Tiarra, a mom, a full time employee, a personal trainer, and now the owner of Sowel!

If there’s one thing that has always been a constant in my life, it’s strength training. It’s more than just working out for me. It’s my outlet and my holy grail.

No matter how busy my life gets between all the things, training is something I make time for because of how much better it makes me feel.

That love for strength training is what led me to become a personal trainer. Helping people get stronger, feel more confident, and realize what their bodies are capable of has become something that brings me a lot of purpose and meaning.

But as much as we talk about training hard, I started thinking about how much emphasis we put on the work, and how little emphasis we put on recovering from it. And that question is really where Sowel came from.

I wanted to create a place where people in our community could slow down, relax, recover, and take care of themselves without having to drive out of the county to find it. A place that makes recovery feel less like something you do when you're already exhausted and more like something that absolutely belongs in your routine. And that's what I hope Sowel becomes. A place to pause, recover, and live well.

I’m so happy to share space at Body Wide Wellness with others who have that same level of passion and intentionality! It makes all the difference being on this journey.

A familiar face but all deserving of a spotlight ✨ Everyone, say hello to Randa! She provides her services here at BWW and has been a long time partner. Here is an insight on the magic she works! Her contact information is listed as well. Please, give it up for our sweet Randa of Graceful Lymphatics LLC 🩵

1. What drew you to lymphatics work specifically?
Two years ago, I began seeking a more natural approach to my own health. I was introduced to Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT), which personally helped with depression, anxiety, inflammation, and brain fog. That experience inspired me to learn more and help others support their health.

2. What do you love most about working with the lymphatic system?
I believe in a holistic approach to healing—mind, body, and spirit. The lymphatic system is intricately connected to so many aspects of our health, and I love helping clients support their body’s natural healing and detoxification processes in a gentle environment.

3. How would you describe your approach to care in one sentence?
Because we are “fearfully and wonderfully made,” it is my prayer to help others find natural relief and improve their quality of life.

4. What training and certifications do you have?
After 25 years in financial advisory services, I chose a new path focused on helping others live better. I became a Certified Lymphatic Therapist under Dr. Jennifer Gramith, ND, and trained locally with my mentor, Dr. Gail Davis, ND. I am currently pursuing Level II certification to expand the care I can provide.

5. Who benefits most from lymphatic drainage in your experience?
ALT can benefit those experiencing swelling, lymphedema, inflammation, muscle and joint discomfort, and post-procedure recovery.

6. What can a first-time client expect during an assisted lymphatic therapy session with you?ALT is a gentle, non-invasive technique designed to support healthy lymphatic flow and drainage. Using specialized glass transmission heads, the therapy combines light, vibration, and electrical waves to encourage lymph movement and reduce stagnation and inflammation.

7. What are some common results clients notice after a few sessions?
Clients often describe feeling calm, lighter, and rejuvenated. Many also notice reduced swelling and inflammation, improved digestion, and overall wellness support.

8. How does lymphatic drainage complement aesthetics, massage, or overall wellness? ALT complements Body Wide Wellness by supporting the lymphatic system, reducing swelling after aesthetic procedures, and encouraging relaxation and recovery.

9. Are there specific services at BWW that pair especially well with lymphatic work?
ALT pairs especially well with injections/body treatments and post-procedure care by supporting the reduction of swelling and inflammation.

10. What do you want clients to feel when they’re on your table?
I want every client to feel safe, relaxed, supported, and empowered to improve their health and wellbeing.

11. One fun or personal fact about you that clients might not expect?
I love mentoring teenagers and working with miniature horses at Hope 29:11 in Marion. I also love taking walks in the woods with a warm cup of coffee and enjoying God’s beautiful creations.
