🎉 SEPTEMBER GIFT BASKET WINNER! 🎉

One of the things we want to encourage here at Arise is consistency.

Whether your goal is to get stronger, move better, feel healthier, make time for yourself, or simply create healthier habits, the biggest key to reaching those goals isn’t perfection, it’s showing up consistently. ❤️

That’s why we started our monthly gift basket giveaway! 🎁

Each month, we want to celebrate those who are making the commitment to show up, keep moving, and stay accountable. And because we think consistency deserves a little fun, one of those people gets to take home a basket filled with goodies! 🥳

Congratulations to our September winner, Deanna Cole! 🎉👏

And don’t worry, the giveaway is happening every month at Arise! So keep showing up, keep moving, and keep working toward your goals. You never know when your name might be next! 💛

Consistency matters. Keep showing up. Keep rising. ✨

Healthy on the road? YES. And it doesn’t have to break the bank.

I’m traveling for a few days and, instead of eating out for every meal (or any meal), I stopped at an organic grocery store and stocked up on a few simple things:

🍎 Organic apples + fruit
🥬 Organic celery
🥜 Raw nuts + raw nut butter
🍞 Organic sourdough + European butter
🌱 Organic salsa + chips
🍿 Organic popcorn + nutritional yeast
…and a few other simple staples.

I’llspend a little more up on healthy food, and a little more up front buying it at once, but here’s the thing: that one grocery bill is replacing over 15 meals and snacks out over the next few days. When you add it all up, I’ll spend about the same, but I’ll be eating foods I actually feel good about putting in my body.

Being healthy on the go doesn’t require a perfect meal plan, a kitchen, or a huge budget. It requires a little intentionality and knowing what to look for.

And I think it’s worth remembering: we’re going to invest in our health somehow. We can invest now in nourishing our bodies… or we will end up paying later with medical bills, missed work, low energy, and health problems that could have been prevented or reduced.

It’s not about perfection or extremes, but just making better choices when you can.

Your health is worth the investment, even when you’re on the road. 🤍

Before we introduce Arise to hundreds, if not thousands of IWU students at Taste of Marion this afternoon, we wanted to come to you first.
You’ve been part of Arise during our soft launch: through a limited summer schedule, a few tech challenges, and lots of learning! We’re incredibly grateful that you’ve been here with us.
💕 With students back and our fall season beginning, we’ll be opening our remaining Founder Memberships to the IWU community this evening at the event.
Before we do, we want to give you one more opportunity to secure your Founder rate.

If you’ve been considering joining, we wanted to make sure you had the first opportunity before we open it up.
Thank you for being part of Arise from the beginning. We’re just getting started! 🤍
