Current Active Day members can contact their Case Manager (CM) to discuss obtaining a temporary authorization for services at another South Carolina Active Day center during their vacation.
Whether you're traveling for a week or an extended stay, we're here to help keep your loved one engaged, active, and connected while enjoying a change of scenery.
