📞 New Booking Policy 📞
Hey everyone! I want to start by saying I’m so sorry to anyone who’s been left waiting on a reply from me. I’ve realized I’m not great at keeping up with DMs, and it’s led to people feeling ignored or left hanging — which is the last thing I ever want. You all deserve better communication and clarity when booking your appointments.
So moving forward, I’ll no longer be booking appointments or doing consultations through DMs.

I’m in the salon Mondays and Tuesdays from 9 AM to 7 PM, and outside of those hours, my full-time job is being a mom. After that, I switch fully into mom mode, step away from work messages… and honestly, I probably don’t even have my phone on me at all. 😅
I know this might not be the fastest or most convenient process for everyone, and I truly apologize if that causes any frustration. I’m working to create a healthier balance between my work life and my home life — so that when I am in the salon, I can give every guest my full energy, focus, and best work.
Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding as I make this change. It truly means the world, and I’m excited to keep creating beautiful hair while maintaining a healthy rhythm in life.
