Angel is a YOGAFIT certified & Vastu School of Yoga 200 Hour certified yoga instructor with 18 years experience in YOGA. Who delights in sharing yoga with her community through instruction, combining Asanas (postures) with Pranayama (breath work), Meditation, stories, and expressive insight. She studied Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. Beginner to Intermediate
classes are $12.00 per class
or a class card for 12 classes is $100.00
