Congratulations to our Lafayette RLT of the Month, Sarah Luneau!
Sarah graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has been part of the Spectrum Pediatric Therapy team since January 2025.
Sarah says, "When I started working at SPT, I found my passion. I have always known I wanted to be a role model for children and help them make meaningful progress in their lives. I love seeing the positive difference we make in each child's life and supporting them as they grow. Watching their progress is incredibly rewarding and makes me so happy."
Sarah is currently attending the University of Southern Maine, where she is pursuing her master's degree in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, shopping, traveling, and making the most of every opportunity to create new memories.
We are so thankful to have Sarah as part of the Spectrum Pediatric Therapy team. Her compassion, dedication, and commitment to helping children thrive make a positive impact every day. Congratulations, Sarah, on being our Lafayette RLT of the Month!

Congratulations to Heather Gagnard, our Marksville RLT of the month. She graduated from LSUA with an Associate of Science degree and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Ball State University's online ABA program. Her goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst!

She states that she always knew she wanted to work with children so when she began working as an RLT, she quickly realized she had found her calling. She loves helping children learn, grow, and reach their goals each day.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends. She also loves to sing and appreciates any opportunity to share her love of music and the Lord with others.

Congratulations, Heather! Thank you for your dedication, compassion, and the positive impact you make in the lives of our children and families each day. We are so proud to have you as part of the Spectrum Pediatric Therapy team!

Thinking about a rewarding new career? We are hiring Registered Line Technicians (RLT) for our LAFAYETTE office to work with children with autism spectrum disorder age 18 months through 4 years old. Must have high school diploma or GED. Previous ABA experience IS required for this position and all staff will be fully trained! Starting pay is 14.00 an hour but is dependent upon amount of ABA experience.
Our hours are 8-4 Monday through Thursday and Friday from 8-12. We offer paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan , and health insurance!
