Meal prep doesn’t have to mean spending your entire Sunday cooking or eating the same thing all week.
Having a few healthy staples ready to go can make it much easier to put together balanced meals when you’re short on time. Prep some protein, roast broccoli and sweet potatoes, make a batch of rice, and keep wraps on hand. Then mix and match throughout the week for quick lunches and dinners.
A little planning can help you stay consistent with your nutrition goals, even when life gets hectic.
