If you’ve ever left a doctor’s appointment wishing you’d said more, this is for you. ⬇️
Journaling about your period helps you capture what happens during your cycle, not just what you remember in the exam room. Start preparing for your next visit by tracking the following information:
🩸 Number of days bleeding
🩸 What type of menstrual product you need each day (for example, light pantiliner or heavy pad, light or more absorbent tampon, or even double protection)
🩸 How frequently you need to change menstrual products each day
🩸 If you notice any clots in your flow
🩸 Any other symptoms (such as fatigue, cramps, lower back and leg pain, bloating, etc.)
🩸 How your period affects your life (missing work, social or athletic activities, etc.)
These details can lead to more meaningful conversations with your doctor and better next steps.
