Your weekend doesn’t have to be perfect to make progress.
A lot of people treat Friday like the finish line and Monday like a reset button.
Instead, think of the weekend as an opportunity:

✅ Take a walk after dinner
✅ Hit a quick workout Saturday morning
✅ Prioritize protein at meals
✅ Stay hydrated
✅ Have fun without turning two days into a cheat weekend
