They often joke in class... "Two bodies; one brain" Christopher handles right-brained questions; Kate handles the left-brained tasks. Looks like they joked about it one too many times! But seriously, the synergy and teamwork that Chris & Kate bring to class is exceptional.

Chris and Kate have been teaching together for 20 years. Their classes are unique in that class size is small and you have 2 instructors assisting with lots of 1-on-1 attention. They each see and say things a little differently so if something is confusing, the other can clarify. When one begins to diverge on a tangent, the other wrangles the focus back in. Christopher Ray invented the Double Strap Bodywork Support System in 2002. The straps allow Christopher to work more effectively with less effort. Once you become comfortable using them, the uses are infinite. They can be hung over a table or floor mat. They allow you to comfortably use your body weight through your knees, feet, and elbows. Less muscle; more profound bodywork.
