🌀HURRICANE SEASON IS HERE🌀

Hurricane season runs from June 1st through November 30th. Now is the time to make sure you & your loved ones are prepared.

✔️ Review your emergency plan
✔️ Check your medication and medical supply stock
✔️ Charge devices and backup batteries
✔️ Keep important documents in a safe and convenient place
✔️ Prepare an emergency grab-and-go kit with water, food, and essentials

For those with health conditions, don't wait until a storm is approaching to refill prescriptions and replace medical equipment. Be sure to have backups and extras on hand during this time of the year!

Your feet do so much for you, so let's make sure you're returning the favor! By taking just a few minutes each day to check your feet, you can catch small issues before they turn into bigger problems.

LOOK FOR:
🦶 cuts, cracks, & sores
🦶 redness or swelling
🦶 blisters or calluses
🦶 changes in skin color or temperature
🦶 ingrown toenails

If you have or , daily foot checks are especially important!

Pro Tip: Use a mirror or ask for help if you have trouble seeing the bottom of your feet.
