Hey everyone I'm back from my training and a much needed vacation! I have several openings for the Infra-Red Sauna this week, so let me know if you would like a session! 30 minutes - $20, 45 minute - $25
I also offer package deals and $5 off if it's added on to a massage!

Lastly, I have completed and now I'm certified in upper body Active Release Techniques. I'll be adding this to my services offered. It's not your typical massage technique, but it's very therapeutic if you're having specific issues with muscles. I'll be posting some information very soon!

I'm so excited to add this amazing modality to my practice! It was a long weekend of training and honestly doubting myself on whether I had the ability to pass the test! I left it all in God's hands and He answered! I can't wait to get back to work and help everyone with this new technique! ❤️

I will be closed from 6-4 to 6-14.
I'm on an adventure headed to Boston to study Active Release Techniques for the upper body for the next 3 days, then on to Maine for a little R&R. If you need me by all means message me, but just know my response time may be a bit delayed! I look forward to sharing all my new knowledge of this new modality with each of you in the future! Update: Monday is full and Tuesday at 12 is no longer available!

I have Infra-Red Sauna openings on Monday June 1st at 12:00, 1:00, and 3:00. And Tuesday June 2nd at 12:00, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00. Appointment time can be 30 or 45 minute sessions!

You might have noticed lately that I've not posted any of my availability. Well that's because as of right now I'm booked into July! In the last couple of weeks I've had several clients book their appointments through the end of the year! 😲 Yes, you read that right! If anyone is interested in booking ahead please reach out to me and I'll help you or you can definitely always go online. The Infra-Red Sauna is up and going, but I'm not booking online yet, because I'm still trying to figure that all out. However, you can message me and I'll get you scheduled. Sessions are 30-37 minutes at $20 or
40-45 minutes at $25. If you add on to a same-day massage I'll take $5 off. The sauna is definitely big enough for two people so if you want someone to come in with you we can do that too. I also have package deals, so if you're interested just let me know! I'm so thankful for all that the Lord is doing in my life and I'm beyond blessed to share it with you! 🥰
