Brag post for some of my ladies because these women have been WORKING.
The coolest part is that some of their biggest changes aren’t showing up as some huge drop on the scale. (And this is only a few of them!)
They’re building muscle.
They’re losing body fat.
They’re getting stronger.
And they’re learning how to actually train.
Over the last couple of months, I changed the way I program our group.
Less random HIIT-style work.
More intentional strength training.
We track our weights.
We repeat lifts.
We progress them.
We modify when needed.
And I coach each woman inside the group instead of just throwing a workout on the board and letting everyone fend for themselves.
And it is WORKING.
One girl barely changed on the scale but still added muscle and dropped body fat.
One did it while working around a hip injury for weeks.
Another is 56 and added almost 2 lbs of skeletal muscle between scans while dropping body fat.
That’s the stuff I care about.
Not just making women smaller.
Making them stronger, leaner, more capable, and more confident in what their bodies can do.
I am SO proud of these girls.
Honestly, it's just the beginning.
