Saturday is almost here! We have two classes left this season of Yoga in the Park - Marshalltown, IA and this week we have a special treat! Kristin Vangundy will be present to provide a magical sound bath right after our yoga class with Heidi Draisey! No cost or pre-registration for either but there will be a free will offering if you wish for both. More details for the sound bath are in the comments! Join us for a relaxing morning on August 22!
This week there is also an event in West End Park called 2nd Annual Smoking For Recovery that will be hosted by God's Way Ministries so we will be back at our old stomping grounds in the 13th Street Plaza green space in front of Echo this weekend for yoga and the sound bath!
