A crazy reality shocked me this week leading up to today. (My 15th work anniversary) The fact that I’m less than 5 years from working at Styles On Broadway Salonspa longer than I haven’t!! How crazy is that!!
19 year old me was drawn by the atmosphere and environment that gave off that of what you’d see in the movies. What drew me is what draws everyone when they walk in.
My plan then was in 10 years (which would have been 2019) I’ll be in Nashville doing runway and celebrity’s hair. But if you know me now this might seem far fetched.
Some things I have learned along the way is that Styles is a place a hairstylist can be so much more than a hairstylist. Because of the support provided it is a place where you can have a driven career while leaning on each other to grow. Team work is encouraged and essential to succeed. The leadership team is willing to be the spring in all the steps, jumps and leaps along the way. They are committed to me so I can be committed to my clients. The relationships I have gained have been everything. Whether it be a client/stylist relationships or with my fellow stylist. I’m thankful for you all!!
But over the years, and the reason I stay is, things went from professional to personal.
Styles on Broadway had been woven in to every major event in my life
-all the career highs and lows
-making some of my best friends
-marrying the front desk boy (Alex 😍)
-Mari doing my hair for my wedding
-Jessica driving me to the hospital when I was in labor with my first child
-continued love and support in life changes. As my family grows and my time at Styles is condensed
I am a part of Styles on Broadway and Styles on Broadway is a part of me.
I’m pushed to be my best with the little time I can give. The leaders don’t just see me as one of their stylist (although I am proud to be that) but they see all of me. Im loyal bc they are loyal to me
So for every “oh crap” moment I’ve ever had (and there have been a lot) I have been met with a gracious “we got you”.
So, thank you to my girl, Mari, for being the best boss and an amazing friend! I believe in the mission and vision you have instilled at Styles on Broadway🤍🤍🤍 And a huge thank you to everyone who has made the past 15 incredible!😘

A note to my clients,
When I first found out about Baby Keller I set a goal. A goal to serve my clients longer than I was able to when I carried Boyce. I wasn’t sure I would reach it but here we are. I got an additional 3 weeks with you this time around and I’m so grateful for that. With that being said, as I am entering into my third trimester of pregnancy this week I have officially gone on leave. With full trust and confidence in my medical team and their advice, this is the best plan of safety to keep Keller Anne where she needs to stay. I huge thank you for the patience and grace I have received by my clients, team and leadership at Styles On Broadway the last few weeks as I have gotten slower moving😜 and in the coming weeks. I couldn’t do this without each of you and your support. For the ones who had a prebooked appointment with me it has been moved to a trusted costylist and I have left my list of recommendations with our guest care team for the ones needing to book.
