Today was an incredibly meaningful day, and my heart is so full. 🇺🇸❤️

Stephanie Pena and I were honored to present a $950 donation to Kansas Honor Flight, enough to sponsor one veteran’s three-day trip to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials built in honor of their service and sacrifice.

But this donation wasn’t just from me—it was made possible by all of you. Every person who purchased one of our “You Are Enough” shirts helped make this happen. Those words mean so much to me, and seeing them turn into something that gives back to someone who has given so much to our country makes them even more meaningful.

I hope we never underestimate the impact of simply being kind. Show love. Say the kind thing. Encourage someone—even a stranger. You never know what another person is carrying or how much they may need to hear that they matter.

Being kind does not make you weak. Kindness takes strength. And when enough people choose kindness together, that strength can change thousands of lives.

Thank you to everyone who supported this mission, wore the message, shared it, and believed in what it represents. Because of you, one deserving veteran will soon have an experience I hope they will never forget. 🇺🇸

We have been waiting for this moment, and I couldn't be more excited to finally say it…

Our AMAZING R.N. Brenda Navarrete is officially a NURSE PRACTITIONER!!! 👩‍⚕️🎓✨

Brenda has worked incredibly hard to get to this point. I have had the absolute privilege of watching her grow—not only as a nurse, but as a provider, a learner, and an incredible human being. ❤️

She has put in the long hours, the studying, the clinicals, the sacrifices, and all the work that comes with earning those coveted NP letters after your name! And now she gets to officially add Nurse Practitioner to her list of accomplishments. 🎓🙌
