I informed new client today that my massage/bodywork sometimes make people sore for a day or two. But the postive effects normally last longer than others.

Client said, I have never had a therapist find & work out my spots like that. It feels like they just go through the motions. I will definatly be back.

My favorite testimony this week. Following months of trauma the client was stuck in fight or flight mode. Unable to relax. The individual had been experiencing persistent tension, characterized by limited neck mobility, upper body stiffness, and tight hips.

After three massage sessions, spaced one month apart, the client exhibited profound relaxation within 20 minutes, releasing tension effortlessly. Their body had begun to recall the therapeutic benefits of massage, recognizing the space as safe and let go of the tension qucikly.
