🌫️ If you’ve stepped outside today, you’ve probably noticed it… the smoky haze hanging over Michigan.

The wildfire smoke drifting down from Canada is a reminder that even when something is happening hundreds of miles away, our bodies can still feel the effects. Poor air quality can lead to headaches, fatigue, muscle tension, and make it harder to fully relax—especially if you already deal with chronic pain or stiffness.

While we can’t control the air outside, we can still take care of ourselves. Stay indoors when possible, drink plenty of water, and give your body a little extra grace over the next few days. If the stress, tension, or aches are starting to build up, a massage can be a great way to help your body unwind and reset.
