Asbury Place Maryville is pleased to welcome Carrie Hoover as its new Health & Wellness Director.

Carrie brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience, with expertise in clinical operations, healthcare administration, value-based care, post-acute care, consulting, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management, post-master's certifications, a Master of Science in Nursing, and is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Carrie is passionate about building high-performing teams and enhancing the experiences of residents, patients, and their families. She resides in East Tennessee with her husband, Tony, a retired Air Force veteran. Together they enjoy spending time with their two sons, boating on Tellico Lake, riding motorcycles, traveling, and supporting their local community.

In her new role, Carrie will oversee the operations and resident care of Asbury Place Maryville’s Assisted Living and Memory Care centers. She will also serve as an integral member of the community’s leadership team, helping advance its commitment to exceptional resident care and wellness.
